FUEL ADVISORY BODY FuelChamp is inviting operators to put forward staff to become accredited training providers now its fuel-efficiency scheme has been officially endorsed.

Now the SAFED scheme has been
accredited as a 0-air-mg programme by the Scottish Qualifications Authority and FuelChamp is asking operators to join a network of training providers that will help reduce their impact on the environment.
FuelChamp business manager Paul Spink says feedback from its initial foray into fuel training was that it would be more credible if It were officially endorsed. He adds: "We have sought to put SAFED into that elite position and have now been accredited as a training provider. It means we can now carry SAFED out on a worldwide basis. It enables the programme to be disseminated across commercial training organisations and delivered by regulated, appropriate driver training instructors."
