West Mercia Division of the Freight Transport Association has elected its officers for 1990/91. The new chairman is Trevor Jones, transport and warehousing manager of Midland Shires Farmers of Worcester. Ken Reid, transport executive of GUS Transport, is senior vice-chairman; Dave Deakin, transport manager of the Wellings Group in Telford, is first vice-chairman; and Paul Lewis, transport manager of UK Petroleum in Broinsgrove, is second vice-chairman. The national council representative is Derek Joyce, distribution director of HP Bulmer in Hereford.
