• Kane-May's latest multitester, the DM310, is said to be tough enough to withstand the roughest treatment. It has 33 ranges, including voltage, current (AC and DC), resistance and continuity. Other features include polarity recognition, data hold, a continuity buzzer and voltage surge protection. The DM310 has a digital readout, comes complete with carrying case, battery test leads and instructions, and costs £66 ex-VAT.
