BRAKE ADVICE • Rubery Owen-Rockwell has produced a booklet that gives guidance on maintaining trailer brakes. The 20-page booklet, called Trailer Braking — a Guide to Effective Maintenance also covers the preparation of trailers for their annual M01' brake test.
