FTA INTERNATIONAL FREIGHTING GUIDE • The Freight Transport Association is publishing a comprehensive guide to international haulage, with information on 34 countries. The Manager's Guide to International Road Freight Operations gives the lowdown on the mass of facts and figures operators need to know if they are taking goods abroad by truck.
Conventions, permits, quotas, route planning, lorry bans and customs documentation are all covered in the 400page guide that covers East and Western Europe and the Middle East. Updates to the guide will be published three times a year, and the first three are included in the price of £60 for FTA international group members and £80 for other members of the association. International group membership costs £24.
