• Shares in TIP Europe came up for grabs on the Amsterdam stock exchange last week as part of a two-stage listing in Britain and Holland.
This follows a similar, but larger, offer to London investors the previous week (CM 24 February-2 March).
The management-owned company hopes to raise £15.3 million from 14 million shares. On their first day in Amsterdam, the price of the shares rose from an issue price of 125p to 140p.
