• Wincanton Distribution Services has won a £12 million contract to handle distribution for Littlewood's new Catalogue Shops in the South, South West and Midlands. Under the five-year deal, Wincanton will manage the whole operation, collecting from suppliers, and provide warehousing and distribution to shops. At least Wincanton Distribution Services — new major five-year Littlewoods deal.
three deliveries will be made each week to each outlet.
Wincanton has bought a depot and offices at Old Hill, near Cradley Heath in the Midlands. The deal will create 100 jobs.
