Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ONE OF THE major express parcels carriers has launched a new priority service, while two others are basking in the glory of newly won contracts.

TNT Overnite is offering Priority Supapaks, a pre-booked delivery service with five sizes of container available with charges according to which of four delivery options is selected.

Smallest pack is Protectapak, a padded envelope suitable for items like films. Priority Satchel is an A4-sized water resistant envelope, Priority Photopak is an A4 cardboard envelope, and Priority Supabox and Datapak are A4 and A3 sized cartons.

Prices depend on whether delivery is required by 9am next day or later in the morning, and there is a premium payment for Saturday morning deliveries. Charges range between £10 and £36 plus vat.

The service, which guarantees TNT revenue before goods are delivered, offers customers a discount compared with normal charges, and there is no need for carriage invoices.

There is no weight limit for the packs, the only constraint being their size.

Meanwhile, National Carriers Parcels has won a £500,000 contract to handle national deliveries from Draper Tool's Chandlers Ford works in Hampshire.

And Atlas Express is handling a contract with Fisher-Price Toys to distribute goods from its Peterlee warehouse in County Durham.
