• The Transport and General Workers Union plans to force the Road Haulage Association back to the negotiating table with its national campaign in the hireand-reward sector.
The union says one of the basic aims of the campaign, which gets underway next month, is to resurrect a "good proportion" of the Joint Industrial Councils.
