• More than 600,000 new Lregistration numbers are up for grabs from 1 June. The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency is releasing the 'Select' numbers in advance of the I August start of the L-prefix. • Perry Vehicle Contracts has launched a 'Locum Fleet Support' service to provide cover for companies temporarily without a fleet manager. The company, which contract hires and leases light commercial vehicles as well as cars, says clients can have 10 days' free support per year. A member of Perry's fleet support team will work at the client's premises to a control document written jointly with the client.
