• Concern over the maintenance record of Glasgow-based B Gilroy & Sons has resulted in the authorisation on the firm's licence being reduced from 13 vehicles and four trailers to seven vehicles and three trailers. The firm appeared before Scottish IC Michael Betts at an Edinburgh disciplinary inquiry.
