Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• An arson attack on a small Midlands haulier's "biggest earning lorry" could cost it up to 215,000_ Late on Sunday 22 June an intruder broke into the yard of Wednesbury-based Transervice Express Transport and gutted the cab of a 17-tonne MAN.

Transervice transport manager Paul Richards, says a "device" was thrown in, causing the fire. "This has put us back 12 months," he says. "We will have to pay the contract hire on the vehicle while it's being repaired. It's going to cost us up to £15,000."

Richards is at a loss to explain the attack, but he says Transervice has recently been attracting new customers. "I don't know whether this may have upset someone."
