Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NORTH WESTERN BRS has strengthened its developing contract hire business with a £0.5m contract to provide Kellogg's with 11 rigid lorries, eight tractive units, and 16 semi-trailers.

The latest contract, which streamlines the 70-vehicle contract the company has developed with Kellogg's since 1952, was designed to improve vehicle and warehouse use.

The rigid vehicles are lengthened Seddon Atkinson 300s which replace less fuel-efficient Luton-bodied vans, and, like the semi-trailers, they were bought to handle Kellogg's standard product case sizes. .NWBRS opted for DAF 2300 tractive units to meet the Kellogg operating requirements.

The contract is operated from NWBRS's premises at Trafford Park, Manchester.
