A SUBSTANTIAL tanker application I-1 has been notified in this week's
South Wales "As and Ds Robert Wynn and Sons Ltd., of Newport, seek to vary their A licence by adding seven tankers, five of which are articulated, with the user "Bulk liquid-Great Britain ", The application is annotated to the effect that if the application is granted, certain Contract A licences will not be renewed.
