Scottish and North Eastern traffic areas Birmingham Marrill, based in Gateshead, will submit a new application at a PI on 4 January.
Edinburgh • Stephen John Bott trading as SJ Bott Heavy Haulage, based in Carluke, will submit a new application on 7 January.
Leeds • Carol Ann Lawson, based in Scarborough, will make a variation application at a PI on 8 January. Disciplinary action will also be on the agenda.
• On 8 January, the TC will consider a new application from Rotherham-based Premier Waste and Recycling.
• Disciplinary action against RG Wastecare, based in Barnsley, will be considered at a hearing on 9 January. The transport manager's repute will also be up for consideration.
• A PI on 9 January will look at disciplinary action against Soltens Coproducts, which is based in Pontefract.
• A PI on 10 January will consider disciplinary action against Brighouse Pallet Services.
