Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• I am writing to you in the hope that you may publish some of the facts involving one of our drivers, Mr E Beardsley, known to us as Tanker Ted, to show a little appreciation of the

efforts by Sally Line and RAF Manston on the night of 19 November to get him ashore to visit his son who was involved in a serious road accident and was on a life support machine at the Royal Whitechapel Hospital in London. We are now pleased to report that his son is making a full recovery.

We cannot, however, thank all the staff at Sally Line and the captain and crew of the MV Bazias III enough for organising to get him ashore in such atrocious weather conditions.

A W Robinson Chairman,

Engineering & Welding Supplies, Hull.
