Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Vauxhall has appointed 52 more dealers for the Brava pickup. Improved supplies of the Isuzu-built 4 x 2s and 4 x 4s justify the move, says Vauxhall, the Brava is now available at 131 dealers.

According to Vauxhall, the move is part of a drive to improve service to existing LCV customers and to boost its market share — but the company does not plan to follow Renault and VW with stand-alone LCV dealers.

Extended availability will increase speculation that Vauxhall is planning to upgrade the Brava this year. Greater supplies could be linked to a better level of equipment for the Brava, which has been criticised for poor control and switchgear layout, and heavy steering. Power steering and a revised interior would be welcome improvements.
