• Willowbridge Transport of Bury has had its licence authorisation cut from 20 to 10 vehicles after failing to inform the Licensing Authority of convictions going back to 1983.
At a disciplinary inquiry, the North West Licensing Authority Martiri Albu heard that the company's transport manager thought that the convictions were spent as the fines had been paid.
Albu took no action against the transport manager.
