Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

VITH REFERENCE to the article )n p29 of your publication dated +lovember 29 It's a fare cop! we )ave been aware of the move of PC Business Press to Sutton for ,ome time.

With the object of making it as ;imple as possible for em

ployees, my passenger officer made a point of meeting those responsible for the relocation to discuss an arrangement which would have enabled holders of London season tickets to exchange them for similar tickets valid at Sutton.

In order to do this we had to have a list of season ticket holders and details of their tick ets, but unfortunately it was not possible to provide the information which meant that those who had to change their travel arrangements were left to their own devices.

We did therefore go out of our way to try and help.
