• Telehoist Ltd., member of the Wilmot Breedon Group, has formed its industrial hydraulics division into a separate subsidiary company, Servotel Controls Ltd. A complete factory in Tewkesbury Rd., Cheltenham, has been allocated to Servotel Controls.
Chairman of the new company is Mr. C. G. AlIday. with Mr. F. J. Bradbury as managing director.
