Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Queenstown Road, Wandsworth, will be closed between Southolm Street and Ingate Place during some weekends in the next three months to enable British Railways to reconstruct the railway bridge at Queen's Road station.

There are a number of alternative routes —some leading to bridges other than Chelsea Bridge—and these will be signposted by the RAC, but high vehiclesincluding buses on route 137—will have to use Cedars Road, Wandsworth Road, Nine Elms Lane and Battersea Park Road because of the height restrictions on other routes. The ban on the right turn from Battersea Park Road into Queenstown Road North will be temporarily suspended during these closures.
