Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

new £60,000 Scania skip loader was stolen from a VI test centre, minutes after it had been tested. The 17-tonne white and maroon truck had the keys in the ignition. Three men sped into the centre at Cat and Kitten Lane, Featherstone, Wolverhampton, in a white Rover 800 saloon. Two men jumped out of the car and into the truck and drove it away.

A spokesman for Grinsell's Skip Hire in Smethwick, near Birmingham, says: "We owned the truck and it had just been tested before it was stolen. We had not insured it."

The theft is the latest of several incidents involving the firm. Just over a week ago it had a £2,500 container stolen from Tipton, near Dudley, and over the weekend vandals smashed windows in 14 skip loaders at its Smethwick depot.

The test centre theft happened at 15:00hrs on Wednesday 26 January. Anyone with information should phone 01785 257717.
