Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

It is always nice to be quoted in your magazine, but I feel what has been printed in CM20-26 January, "Two legs good, three legs better", although literally what I said, does not putIVAC in a good light.

You have printed the quote I gave you of /5,580 for a midaxle and immediately underneath £4,600 for one from Truck.tec. Without qualification it puts TVAC at a commercial disadvantage.

The price of £5,580 includes Michelin wheels and tyres, fully automatic controls, warranty, type approval and chassis repackaging. In addition, our mid-lifts at this price carry approvals from the manufacturer which require sophisticated engineering and back-up documentation. After the Truck-tec 14,600 price you state chassis modifications will cause the price to rise, but these mods are included in price. Our entry level tag a would cost £4,400.
