Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE latest 20 of a number of Leyland' M.C.W. Atlantean double-deckers delivered to Maidstone and District Motor Services, Ltd., have been equipped with illuminated advertisement panels on the offside of the upper saloons, All 20 of these buses are operating in the Medway towns, and contracts for the use of the illuminated spaces have been made with five national advertisers so far.

Illumination is by 10 24-in. fluorescent 20-W. tubes. As the primary voltage of the chassis electrical system is 24 v., transistors are used to boost this to approximately 120 v. One transistor unit with a consumption of 2 amp, is coupled to two tubes, making a total of 10 amp. for the 10 tubes. Additionally, a polarized corrector is fitted to ensure that the current always operates in one direction.
