Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TO encourage young people to study methods of increasing productivity, the British Productivity Council, 21 Tothill Street. London, S.W.1, are co-operating with the European Productivity Agency in promoting an essay competition.

The subject of the essay is how an increase of productivity has been achieved at some specific plant by the introduction of new methods. Entrants should be under 27 years old, and students in industrial or technical subjects endorsed by a recognized educational body.

Five prizes will be awarded, consisting of a visit to Paris and a 10-day tour of a European country. Essays must reach the Council, from whom further details may be obtained. by March 7.
