IN its first year, the Ulster Transport Authority incurred a loss of £164,938. Road passenger transport showed a
profit of £359,231 The loss on the railways was £254,454. Receipts from road goods traffic decreased by £93,128. The U.T.A. incorporates the former Northern I reland Road Transport Board and is the counterpart in Ulster of the British Transport Commission.
