BRIG. L. F. S. DAWES has been appointed secretary of the Engineering Equipment Users' Association, a bOdy recently formed by five leading indugtrial concerns to exchange information about standardization of materials and equipment.

MR. P. H. ELLIS has succeeded MR. C. H. BISHOP as chairman of the Spalding branch of the National Employers' Association of Vehicle Builders. MR. J. D WICKS has become vice-chairman and MR. J. H. RICHARDSON secretary.
