Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DANA EUROPE has opened a new driveshaft and universal joint assembly plant at Lyons, .France.

The 930sqm (10,000sqft) plant was officially opened on November 1 and will produce the same Spicer range of driveshafts — from the light duty 1310 series to the heavy duty 1810 series — as is currently assembled by Spicer Universal Joint Division at Nottingham.

The new French factory is a third of the size of the British one and is described by Dana as being "complementary to it". Both are engaged in final assembly of components manufactured in other Dana plants throughout the world.

Spicer-France, as the new company is called, claims already to have orders worth around Elm, and its customers include Renault Vehicules Industriels, JI Case, and John Deere.
