Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Al INTERNATIONAL Motor Engineering of Maldon, Essex, has signed a marketing and manufacturing agreement with Van Hool, the Belgian trailer and tank manufacturer.

The agreement gives Al exclusive rights to sell the full range of Van Hool semi-trailers in England.

Bulk liquid and powder tank models are expected to account for "a significant proportion of sales" according to Al managing director Brian Afford, who hopes to sell around 200 Van Hool tanks and trailers in 1984. The range also includes unitload tanks in ISO module frames.

Al plans to assemble Van Hoot trailers and then fit them with specialised bodywork, and when the Maldon plant is at full capacity trailers to Al's design will be built in Belgium.

All Van Hool trailers for the UK have Rubery Owen-Rockwell running gear as standard.
