His main drive will be initially in Scotland and, in the longer term, south of the border.

Mr Park is a qualified engineer and moves from Lothian Trucks where he was general manager. The company is a sister company to Ryland.

Before Lothian he was group fleet engineer with Christian Salvesen Transport for five years.
