A somewhat inebriated gentleman entered a bus and took a seat. After a time a sour-looking lady boarded the bus and he rose unsteadily to his feet, beckoning her to take his seat. Obviously disapproving of his condition she said, "Pray do not let me deprive you of your seat." "'S all right," replied the jovial one, " 'Sno depravity." That the chances in America for Diesel power units are less than those in this country.
That knee-room on passenger vehicles could be increased by recessing the seat backs.
