Unwittingly, he seems to have summed up the whole point of the issue. For, at 70 years old and retired, he finds the Lada adequate for his simple means. Precisely! Anybodj driving the normal 30,000 a year business miles in one of these vehicles with today's traffic conditions will be lucky to reach 70 to enjoy their retirement.
