DENNIS EAGLE, the new company formed after the recent reorganisation of the vehicle division of Hestair, has appointed Jeremy Stoke as its managing director.
For the past four years Mr Stoke has been managing director of Duple Metsec, the bus body kit company which was acquired by Hestair in 1983. Before joining Duple he was with Tube Investments, where he had various commercial roles.
General sales manager of Dennis Eagle, which is based at Warwick, is Norman Thoday. He has been running Hestair's municipal vehicle interests.
Now he is responsible for the new company's UK sales operation, which encompasses all Dennis and Eagle specialist municipal vehicles.

Mg director of the former Hestair Eagle company, becomes chairman of the new company and will represent the vehicle side of the Hestair business on the group's main board.
