Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Boscombe Engineering is marketing heaters — the Tropical-Eberspacher range — which worked independently of the vehicle engine system.

The heaters use the vehicle fuel, petrol or diesel, and the range covers outputs from 8,000 Btu /hr. to 28,000 Btu /hr. The heaters have the advantage over engine-based types in that they can be fitted with an optional programmer unit which will start up the heater at a preset time in advance of the vehicle being used. Also the heat output does not drop when the vehicle is parked or temporarily stopped; the heater still works, of course, even if the engine is out of action.

The heater can also be used, by using suitable ductings, to keep freight from freezing.
