• A study of the heavy and medium heavy truck fleet operator market in Europe is being planned by Charles Zub Associates Ltd. The study is being sponsored on a multi-client basis and will concentrate on fleet operators with 10 or more vehicles of 12 tons gvw or over, The idea is that, in order to keep the cost of the study down, truck and component manufacturers can share the cost of the study. A number of companies is already committed to sponsoring the study and work is to begin this month,
