• MAT T.ransport has established a comprehensive repair /maintenance and recovery service following the company's move to new premises at Dairycoates in Hull. Vehicles can now be recovered from the Continent as well as anywhere in the UK and any journey being undertaken at the time of the breakdown can be completed by one of MAT's own vehicles in Britain or by the vehicle of one of its partners abroad.
MAT believes the Continental service to be the first of its kind in operation from Britain. The workshop facilities at Dairycoatcs cover an area of 15,000 sq ft and include one 50ft pit and two 24ft pits as well as a static engine test bed.
