Henry Smithers and Son Ltd, part of the P and 0 Group, has taken delivery of its 100th ERF. The fleet comprises all ERFs and was created only five years ago for operating container services. Seen here taking delivery of the Cummins-engined 32-ton-gcw tractive unit is MrJ. Turner(centre) managing director of Henry Smithers. Mr H. W. Sansum, sales director of ERF, is on the left and Mr I.
