Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

W1NCANTON HAS NOT lust its appetite for acquisitions, revealing that further purchases remain on the cards.

Following its recent high-profile swoops for Hanbury Davies, Swales Haulage and the German-based HeRo, the logistics giant says it still sees "attractive opportunities" for further growth through acquisitions.

In its trading statement for the year ending 31 March, Wincanton says the integration of construction company Swales Haulage and container logistics haulier Hanbury Davies has been successful, and that the results tor the full year will be in line with expectations.

The HeRo purchase has strengthened its growing high-tech operations on the Continent, and UK and Ireland growth has also been achieved organically through contract wins with Sainsbury's, Gallo Wines, Wavin and BP Chief executive Graham McFaull says further acquisitions arc under review: "We continue to see attractive opportunities for Wincanton, both in terms of organic growth and further acquisitions."
