TRANSPORT studies in the City of Birmingham Polytechnic are being upgraded, following the formation of an inter-faculty School of Transport Studies headed by its principal transport lecturer, John Hibbs.
The School will seek to develop its study programmes to meet the needs of courses, promote research and development, and provide seminars and consultancy services to the Midlands transport industry.
