Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BECAUSE OF the excessive cost of rail travel, I have recently undertaken a number of longdistance inter-city journeys using National Express services from Victoria Coach Station in London.

Although the travelling has been pleasant enough, with comfortable vehicles and direct routes, I'm beginning to dread the thought of boarding another bus at Victoria. The facilities offered to passengers at this station are the worst I've come across. There appears to be no public address system, no rational method of marshalling travellers, very little waiting room, and, because of the overcrowding everywhere, there is a constant danger to passengers from vehicles, greatly worsened by the slippery surface of the arrivals and departure area, which makes even low speed manoeuvring potentially hazardous.

In the height of the tourist season the station is like the setting for Dante's Inferno, Are there any plans afoot to improve conditions, I wonder?
