DAIHATSU (UK) Ltd is now offering a high roof version of its 55 Wide small van. By raising the roof height by 152mm(61n) internal volume has been increased from 2.26 cum(80.8 cult) to a quoted 2.97 cu m(106 cuft).
The original 55 Wide Van, which takes its name from its width (in inches), has been on sale in the UK since 1979. Registrations to date total 479, but, remarkably, 304 of those have been sold this year.
