Mercedes-Benz Brentford has set up a dedicated van service centre in London. The Lionel Road site employs seven technicians. "We can service 20 to 25 vans a day," reckons service manager, Ian Frith. "They were previously handled at the main branch in Great West Road, but space—including parking space—was a real headache."
