Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A DETERMINED effort to represent the interests of cattle hauliers in Devon and Cornwall has been launched by the Road Haulage Association.

RHA area secretary Andy Robertson told CM that he has mounted a campaign to establish the needs of cattle hauliers throughout the two counties, and said that he is keen to recruit non-members from this sector.

Already, he said that the RI-IA is investigating how it can help operators cope with proposed traffic management measures in Truro, which, if left unamended, could force cattle hauliers to take their vehicles around dangerous corners in the town.
