A NETHERLANDS court was expected to decide on Thursday this week on a battle between DAF Trucks and International Harvester over the latter company's involvement in DAF.
DAF tried to limit the power of the IH shareholders and strengthen the position of the supervisory board, but IH applied for an injunction to prevent this.
DAF is concerned about IN's plans to expand the Spanish ENASA factory in which it has a 35 per cent holding.
