● London firm Instant Freight will appear before the TC on 13 June when disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager will be looked at.
● The TC will discuss disciplinary action against WSG Transport, based in Rochester, on 14 June.
● An inquiry on 25 June will look at a new application from Dartford company Waste Tech Recycling.
● On 27 June, a hearing will consider disciplinary action against Andy Trucks, based in Leyton.
Cambridge
● A PI on 7 June will examine possible disciplinary action against Leicester-based M&M International Transport.
● Disciplinary action against Kingsfleet Logistic Services, based in Felixstowe, will be considered at a PI on 14 June. The transport manager’s repute will also be considered at the hearing.
● Loughborough-based Hibbins Transport will attend a PI on 26 June, at which disciplinary action will be looked at.
● TAB Transport, based in Felixstowe, will appear at an inquiry on 27 June. Disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
