Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• British Car Auctions held its first ever commercial vehicles "closed" sale at its new 24-hectare (60-acre) auction centre at its 142-hectare (350-acre) Blackbushe airport complex in Surrey.

It was exclusive to Ford-approved dealers from all over Britain, and was followed at noon by a Ford "closed" car sale.

RCA says that this centre. now in full operation, is the largest in Europe.

Blackbushe airport, part of the BCA group, is near Camberley, Surrey, on the A3 and 6.4km (four miles) from Junction 4 on the M3.

It has accommodation for 500 HGV and full off-loading facilities include a crane lifting service up to 35 tonnes. A 24hour collection and delivery service is operated.

A new service, Auction Body Prep, provides body repairs and valeting services for vehicles for auction.

Communication and administration facilities are provided by new technology and a selfservice restaurant, The Primley Room, next to the auction hall, seats 350. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the founding of BCA, which is now valued at around £80 million on the London stock market.

Sales were transferred from the Farnborough auction centre to Blackbushe last month.
