Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the United States which is claimed to remove oil and water particulates from compressed air systems on lorries more efficiently than conventional condenser and dessicant systems. The Stark Expello air dryer, imported by Matador, uses a filter/coalescer with glass fibre strands which separate the contaminants from the air stream and merge them. An audible "whistle stop" signal automatically sounds when the filter needs to be changed.

Any remaining moisture is removed by a condensing coil. Oil and water emulsion collects in the sump of the unit and is discharged via an automotive drain valve. This is connected to the governor on the vehicle's compressor. Every time the governor switches the compressor on it also triggers the valve.

The drain valve is also avail able as a separate unit for direct fixing to the compressed air tank. It is available with or without a heating element, depending on whether the vehicle is operating in freezing conditions.
