Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COACHWORK CONVERSIONS Ltd has introduced three new tipper models to its range of van and dropside bodies. They are the first tippers to be offered by Coachworks.

The new Maxitippers are tailored to the popular UK lightweight truck. They are offered in three standard sizes complete with subframes to suit Ford, Bedford, Leyland, Dodge, Mercedes-Benz, Fiat, Volkswagen and Toyota chassis.

All Maxitipper bodies are steel construction with 151n (380mm)-deep dropsides. "This is a versatile configuration ideally suited to the building industry, local authority requirements and for general transport applications where the tipping facility may or may not be needed," say the company. The floor is 13 gauge (2.3mm) high-tensile steel, reinforced with integrallywelded taper-section runners at chassis frame width; the sides, tailgate and headboard are 18 gauge (1.2mm) ribbed steel pressings. A Telehoist FR12 two-stage front-end tipping gear and a chassis sub-frame are included in the Maxitipper package. The tipping gear is fed from a self-contained 12 volt CAV electro-hydraulic power-pack with convenient easy-to-use single-lever control, located behind the cab.

Complete Maxitippers will be marketed through the chassis manufacturers' dealer networks, alongside the Coachwork Conversions-bodied vans and dropsides distributed in the same way,
