AN appeal by Priory Garage and Coaches, Ltd., against the West Midland Traffic Commissioners' refusal to permit picking-up at Warwick and Kenilworth, and an increased vehicle allowance, on excursions and tours from Leamington Spa, has partly succeeded.

The Minister of Transport has allowed picking-up at Warwick on whole-day excursions and tours starting from Leamington not later than 7.15 a.m. on Sundays and Bank Holidays. The remainder of the appeal fails.
