MR. H. C. LLOY 13, formerly a technical representative of B.E.N. Patents, Ltd., has joined Romac Industries, Ltd., as sales manager of the compressed-air division. MR. M. D. BOYCE, who is the son of the chairman and managing director of the company, becomes general manager of the division. •

HOPKINS, general manager of Maudes of Norwich, Ltd., one of the Kenning Group of companies, is to retire, but will retain his association with the group, acting in an advisory capacity in connection with certain of. the other companies.
